Business Mentoring made easy.
Our signature six (6) month Mentoring Program is an interactive, membership-based platform that delivers business mentoring simply and effectively allowing for flexibility and impact for our Mentees.
Created to encourage interaction, collaboration, internal capacity building, the Mentoring Program connects individuals with business experts across a range of specialist areas through a structured program including:
monthly self-paced online learning
fortnightly one on one implementation
debrief and mastery support with a Mentor
referral to coaching and other external facilitated services at no (or a discounted) cost
a phone-a-friend solution without ‘invoice fatigue or fear’
We have an impressive catalogue of online learning modules to choose from allowing for a highly targeted experience completely customised to the Mentee.
We also include a variety of character and capability assessment measures to identify specific growth opportunities - ensuring that the program builds upon individual capability, confidence and experience.

Our Mentoring Program is tailored to the needs of the individual and the organisation.
Participants within the Mentoring Program are paired with the mentor who is most suited to the needs that they have at the time. As time goes on, these needs change and so too can both the mentor and the program.

What is Hybrid Learning?
For those of you that have attended any of our workshop events, you will know that we could never abandon our beloved practical learning philosophy. However, after two years deep in a global pandemic, we recognise that learning at work needs to be flexible.
Our Hybrid Learning model lets business and employees engage in learning in a self-directed way, with hands on support from an experienced Learning Mentor.
Everything from Compliance Workshops (i.e., Appropriate Workplace Behaviour) to Communication & Team Development can now be supported through The Solve Lounge.
