A Solve 360 Review is a important method for employee review.

Working collaboratively with you, we review a selection of feedback focus areas. This then informs and finalises survey design and development for distribution.

Collection and Collation of Feedback

The questions asked of Participants are short, clear and relevant to the individuals participating in the 360 Review. The questions used ensure a balance between metrics and free form feedback to support the identification of strengths, gaps and opportunities.

Analysis of Data and Reporting

Following the collation of Feedback we undertake an analysis of results and prepare the Team/Group Report as well as the preparation of Individual Participant Reports.

The Full Report of the findings combines the data gathered and current best-practice to craft recommendations for your business.

Engagement with Participants Award  & Market Alignment

We ensure that Participants are adequately briefed on the process, including the objectives of the 360 Review. Issues of confidentiality are clearly communicated detailing who has access to the data and for what purpose.

Business and Participant Debriefs

An experienced Consultant supports the business as a facilitator in the delivery of the feedback and recommendations to participants.
