Workplace Investigations
In a climate of changing workplace laws, and serious implications for getting it wrong, a well conducted Workplace Investigation is a valuable asset. The process must be efficient, have a strong foundation in Procedural Fairness, afford Natural Justice and stand up to scrutiny by Fair Work, a Tribunal or even a Court.
Class 2E (Private Investigator) Security Licences.
At FiveSeven Consulting we are serious about Workplace Investigations and hold our Class 2E (Private Investigator) Security Licences.
A Class 2E Private Investigator Licence allows us to work as private investigators carrying out investigation and/or surveillance activities.
Our qualified and experienced Consultants possess a range of skills, qualification and expertise. All Workplace Investigations are conducted promptly, professionally and with an emphasis on confidentially. We have an internal quality system that provides internal oversight of each investigation, ensures independence and fairness in the process.
Experience Counts.
Undertaking a Workplace Investigation can be one of the most challenging aspects of an internal HR role. Mistakes can happen when the investigator is not properly trained, they are inexperienced, they lack true independence perhaps as a result of previous matters, or they are simply under pressure to resolve matters quickly. We have the qualifications and experience to conduct a Workplace Investigation where there is:
Workplace Misconduct or Inappropriate behaviour
Misconduct (Employee) in the Disability, Child Care and Aged Care sectors
Misuse of authority
Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination (including sexual harassment)
Conflicts of interest
Whistleblower
Our Consultants have extensive experience working across a range of industries and sectors locally, nationally and internationally.
Independent Investigations.
