Who Are You?
As our new Assistant Consultant (Part Time), you will work with our Senior Consultants to deliver support across a range of HR and Employment/Industrial Relations processes and strategies, enhancing our client’s experience whilst mitigating the risk to their business.
The successful applicant will be a passionate ambassador for FiveSeven, providing exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to support our Senior Consultants.
To get specific, this role will call for someone who demonstrates:
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
Exceptional written communication skills;
Adaptable, well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks - meets deadlines and makes it happen.
Can work independently and take initiative, and also be enthusiastic team player.
Possesses an enthusiastic and approachable personality, and a positive, can-do attitude;
Willingness to learn, grow, develop and be an integral part of the team;
Have just completed or be working towards a qualification and / or experience in Business, Employment Law and / or Human Resources Management.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Criminal Record Check is required to be undertaken.
We are alwyas looking for the right person. Our opportunity can be part-time or full-time (hours can be spread over 3 to 5 days). Our office is based in Newcastle with core office hours from 8.30am to 5pm.
