 Who Are You?

As our new Assistant Consultant (Part Time), you will work with our Senior Consultants to deliver support across a range of HR and Employment/Industrial Relations processes and strategies, enhancing our client’s experience whilst mitigating the risk to their business.  

The successful applicant will be a passionate ambassador for FiveSeven, providing exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to support our Senior Consultants.

To get specific, this role will call for someone who demonstrates:

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;

  • Exceptional written communication skills;

  • Adaptable, well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks - meets deadlines and makes it happen.

  • Can work independently and take initiative, and also be enthusiastic team player.

  • Possesses an enthusiastic and approachable personality, and a positive, can-do attitude;

  • Willingness to learn, grow, develop and be an integral part of the team;

  • Have just completed or be working towards a qualification and / or experience in Business, Employment Law and / or Human Resources Management.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality at all times.

  • Criminal Record Check is required to be undertaken.

We are alwyas looking for the right person. Our opportunity can be part-time or full-time (hours can be spread over 3 to 5 days). Our office is based in Newcastle with core office hours from 8.30am to 5pm.
