With a strong background in people analytics, award and EA interpretation, and workforce data analysis, she helps organisations identify risk, uncover patterns, and make informed, defensible decisions.

Skye plays a key role in complex investigations and compliance reviews, working alongside private investigators to support matter triage, structured analysis, and clear, well‑supported reporting.
