Lucy is an adaptable, people-focused HR professional with experience spanning multiple industries, including mining, agriculture and finance. She brings broad expertise across HR functions such as employee relations, award interpretation, wellbeing and compliance. 

As the first student committee member for AHRI Newcastle and Hunter, Lucy has is an active contributer to  HR events, providingfresh insights and value to the local HR community.  

As a Certified in Mental Health First Aider, Lucy is passionate about psychosocial safety and creating mentally healthy, high-performing and safe workplaces. She approaches every challenge with curiosity, empathy and a practical mindset, supporting clients at FiveSeven Consulting through meaningful, tailored HR solutions.
