As a Workplace Investigator, Jess thrives on conducting Investigations which are unbiased, fair and adhere to the principles of natural justice.  The process ensures a safe and supportive environment for all participants in the Investigation process.

Every day presents new challenges—whether Jess is diving deep into workplace conflicts, gathering key insights through interviews, or reviewing company policies and legislation. The role is like being a detective, where each case is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both individuals and the organisation as a whole.  

Jess is passionate about problem-solving, and believes that by listening closely and asking the right questions, she can help resolve issues in a way that fosters a culture of trust and respect. Her job is not only about investigating—it’s about ensuring fairness, promoting integrity, and contributing to a healthier work environment.
