Annabelle holds a Bachelor of Business, specialising in Human Resources, from the University of Newcastle, as well as a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aider.  

With considerable experience in consulting and a diverse background spanning Local Government, Aged Care, Professional Services, and Not-for-Profit sectors, Annabelle provides tailored HR support and strategic guidance to meet the unique needs of clients. She is equally dedicated to ensuring her clients remain fully compliant with relevant legislation.  

Passionate about fostering safe and supportive work environments, Annabelle excels in assisting organisations address Work Health and Safety challenges, from return to work to psychosocial risk management, addressing cultural concerns and effectively managing complex Industrial Relations/Employee Relations matters.
