In 2017 Jane McConville, Director, FiveSeven Consulting, made a conscious decision to modernise the way human resource consulting was undertaken.

The concept: to build capability within your business by upskilling your Leaders by mentoring, advice, and support.

We believe that you should own your business’s processes and that knowledge should stay within your business. In a nutshell – we are not an outsourced human resource service.

Whilst our Head Office (The Base) is located in Newcastle, New South Wales, we do not believe this is a barrier to providing specialist support globally. We have clients through regional Australia and abroad, and we have invested in our systems to enable us to virtually deliver our full suite of Human Resource services seamlessly.
